Just thought I'd write a short one-shot for Halloween. This is really scary!

A very scary nightmare

It was the middle of the night. The wind blew the leaves and the trees rustled against the window. Katara lay sound asleep in her bed as her mind wondered of into a dream…

I was back at the Western Air temple. It was quiet. I think I was the only one here. I walked around to look for the gang.

"Sokka." I called out. I heard a moan. I ran around the corner to see Appa and Momo around the campsite. That was strange. It was only them.

"Hey boy." I said petting Appa's head. "Where is everybody?" I asked him still looking around. I tried the rooms to se if they might be there.

"Zuko?" But he wasn't there. I started to get a little angry. If this was one of there sick jokes, I was going to kill Sokka. I sighed and walked over to the fountain. I dipped my hands in the cool water and splashed my face with it. I looked into the water and screamed. I was older! I touched my face to make sure it was really me. The reflection followed. This was so weird.

"Katara?" I heard someone call my name.

"Aang? Where are you?" I asked walking in the direction I heard the voice. Then a taller older Aang appeared with a child in his arms.

"Who-Who's that?" I asked getting scared now.

"What do you mean? It's Tenzin." He said bouncing the baby. My breathing began to quicken. "Mommy must have hit her head pretty hard, uh?" M-mommy?

I screamed.

Zuko's arm lay over the edge of the bed while he snored softly. He was in a deep sleep. Suddenly he was lost in a dream…

"She's so beautiful." I thought as my fiancée, soon to be wife, walked down the aisle. The way her dress fit her, how the gown flowed off her body. I sighed, thinking how lucky I was. I looked over to my best man. Sokka winked at me and smiled. On the other side Ty Lee shrieked jumping up and down. She was so excited for us. I looked in the audience to find uncle give me a thumbs up.

My fiancée's father gave her away and took a seat. I caught a tear slide down his check. Taking my love's hand, I swung her around in front of me. I took her white veil and slowly lifted it revealing…Mai!

I jumped back and screamed.

The two jolted upward in their bed and screamed till their throats got soar. Once they stopped they looked at each. Zuko jumped out of bed.

"K-Katara? Please tell me it's you."

"Yeah it's me." He sighed in relief and got back in bed, hugging his wife.

"I had the worst dream." They said in unison. Zuko smiled and kissed the back of her neck. They laid back down and fell asleep in each other's arms.

"Zuko." Katara whispered.

"Hmm?" Zuko, half asleep, said.

"Let's not name the baby Tenzin okay?" She lightly touched her few week old stomach.

"Ok." Zuko said trying to fall back to sleep. She smiled and kissed his soft lips goodnight.

See I told you it was scary. Kataang and Maiko *shudders* gives me the creeps.
