I asked a friend to challenge me to help me hit 300 stories, and so she gave me a little challenge. She gave me a sentence to use in a oneshot, "This is all I have." And this came to me! Enjoy, and please remember to review!

For Infinity, for pushing me a little harder. Thanks, brat!

Mike stared at the sight in front of him, his jaw in danger of touching the floor.

Carolyn came up behind him, annoyed. "Logan, you're supposed to be doing your share of the paperwork!" she growled, crossing her arms over his chest.

Her words didn't register in his clouded mind. All that he could see was what was in front of him.

She poked him. "Logan!"

He finally tapped on the glass of the one way mirror that let them see into the interrogation room.

She leaned forward and peered in, gasping softly. Two people were on the table, and from the looks of it, they definitely weren't performing an interrogation!

Mike nodded at her gasp. "I know! They're just... going at it!"

She watched for a moment longer, then turned at him, grinning devilishly.

He looked at her. "What?"

"You know what."

He frowned. "Oh, come on, Barek."

She raised an eyebrow. "You know our deal. And I won." She held a hand out. "Pay up."

He finally reached into his pocket, pulling out a fifty dollar bill. "This is all I have."

She snatched it out of his hand and looked at it. "Fine. But you still owe me." She shoved it into her pocket, grinning.

He shook his head, annoyed, and slammed his hand against the glass. "Damn it!" He stormed away.

Carolyn laughed and followed him, taunting, "I always win, Logan."

In the interrogation room, Alex's head shot up when she heard the noise. "Did you hear that, Bobby?"

He frowned, panting softly. "Hear what?"

She finally shook her head. "Nothing."

Well, probably nothing.
