Licorice Wands
Harry had never liked licorice wands. He though they were the most disgusting thing on earth besides cockroach clusters. So when Ron came in though the portrait hole eating one, it was understandable that Harry freaked.
"Ron!?!" Ron turned to face Harry surprised to see him in the common room. "If you think you're going to kiss me, let alone come near me after eating one of those things you can think again." Before Ron could argue Harry stormed out of the common room to spend the rest of the evening avoiding Ron until dinner.
When Ron plopped into his usual seat beside Harry, Harry ignored him and asked Seamus to pass the mashed potatoes that were right in front of Ron. "Harry, mate⦠Come on, you can't be this mad just because I ate a licorice wand, can you?"
But it seemed Harry could be mad at Ron just because he ate a licorice wand because Harry just continued eating, saying nothing. This made Ron even more determined to get Harry to like licorice wands. Ron had a plan, too.
When Harry entered the dorm that the seventh year boys shared later Ron was ready. HE tackled Harry, knocking him to the floor. He kissed Harry fiercely, exploring all around the inside of Harry's mouth before breaking the kiss and sitting up, still on Harry.
Harry blinked, staring up at Ron, dumbfounded. It took Harry a second to find his voice, and when he did it was only to say, "I don't mind licorice wands so much anymore, Ron."
