Merlin was in his chambers with Gaius when Arthur decided to yell at him."MERLIN COME POLISH MY SHOES WHILE I GO TRAIN!"
Merlin sighed and pushed his chair back." IT'S THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, ARTHUR!' Merlin protested.

Merlin walked down the hall into Arthur's chambers. He sat down with a big huff. He muttered to himself, " Merlin come polish my shoes!" He said in a rather mocking voice .
Merlin had just finished polishing Arthur's "stupid shoes" as Merlin liked to call them. He got up and happened to notice Arthur left his wardrobe open. Merlin smiled evilly and said, "Now it's my turn." Merlin walked over to his wardrobe and looked at Arthur's clothes.
" Arthur could use a change in style." Merlin murmured . He scooped up Arthur's clothes and went down the hall where Guinevere's chambers were. He went over to her wardrobe and took out Gwen's dresses, replacing them with Arthur's pants and shirts. Gwen came into the room
" Merlin ? What a surprise ! I was just meaning to talk to you - er ,what are you doing with my dresses?" Merlin hesitated , " Uh...Th-they n-eed cleaning! Yeah cleaning ."Merlin lied. Gwen smiled suspiciously. Merlin smiled slightly and chuckled , "I-I'll just go now." Merlin pointed to the door and left.
"Wait didn't he just wash my dresses yesterday?" Gwen thought.

Merlin looked to make sure no one was looking and ran into Arthur's chambers and looked over at his wardrobe and smiled. he ran over to open the door to put Gwen's dresses inside when Arthur came in.
"Merlin, what the hell are you doing?" Merlin tightened his lips together .
"Uh I was just, just putting your shoes back in your wardrobe." Merlin stuttered.
"Okay well I need my sword I forgot it ,would you mind getting it for me? It's in my wardrobe." Merlin walked over to Arthur's bed and picked up Arthur's sword.
" I put it on your bed because I knew you had left it." Merlin shifted over to hand Arthur his sword.
" Oh, and hand me my belt too." Arthur instructed . Merlin sighed and bent over to pick up his belt.
" Here you go ,your mighty brown belt." Merlin laughed. Arthur gave Merlin a look that made his heart drop. "I'll see you after training, Merlin." Merlin waved, turned around and shoved Gwen's dresses in Arthur's wardrobe.

Merlin woke up smiling. He threw on his shirt and pants and ran out the door.
"Merlin, where are you going?" Gaius questioned.
"No time to talk, Gaius!" Merlin smiled. Merlin stood outside Arthur's chambers and
waited. Then he thought of another plan. He ran back to his chambers and stood next to Gaius.
"MERLIN, WHERE ARE MY CLOTHES?"
"In your wardrobe sire!" Merlin giggled.
"THESE ARE DRESSES, MERLIN!
Merlin laughed and ran down the hall to see Arthur standing there holding a dress up to his body. Arthur had the most confused look on his face.
" Merlin, how did these get in my wardrobe?" Arthur asked. " This isn't funny if-"
"You're absolutely right I'm so sorry, Sire. I will go tell Gwen to stop putting her clothes in your wardrobe."
"Mer-" Merlin was already down the hall before Arthur could react. Merlin went down the hall and into his chambers to let arthur deal with his problem himself.

Guinevere walked down the hallway with Arthur's clothes in her hand failing to notice at the same time, Arthur was coming down the hall with Gwen's dresses.
"I believe these belong to you, Sire." Gwen blushed.
" And I believe these belong to you."
They handed each other's clothes went back in their chambers. Merlin poked his head back into his room and smiled. He closed the door and laughed.
