Chapter I
The Meeting
"Pathetic." The tall man with raggedy blonde hair commented, as he looked around the town. A blacksmith he was, but with an urge to battle. Though called a battle smith, for he smith nothing and fought instead. With his axe resting on his shoulder, he walked around the town of Protera. Prontera was the in the center of the large country Rune-Midgard. With lavishing surroundings and activity all around, it was hands down the largest and most spectacular city. It has awed all who have come to it, except one man.
"Look at all of them, running around like they have actually something to do," The blonde man's voice was gruff, "Do they not see what is happening? 'It's coming!' I tell them.but all they do is stare like I've got some brain damage!"
His name is Hokage. Striving to be the strongest warrior in Rune- Midgard, even though he knows the road will be tough since he is a blacksmith, a job that focuses more on helping that strengthening. Others have shunned him, constantly, because they do not see the true nature of his potential.
"Oh, and you, get out from where you're hiding from!" Hokage seemed to yell at the blank space behind him.
"Good eyes, mister, very good eyes" An assassin soon took the place of the blank space.
"Good hearing you mean. You can't see a cloaked person," Hokage corrected, "Now, tell me why you have been following me."
"Ah, well.I need a party and wanted to join you seeing as how you know about the Ragnarok that is coming." The assassin said with a slight tone in his voice. "You're lying." Examining the assassin well, Hokage thrust his axe into the assassin's face; "I'll give you two seconds to tell me the real truth before I kill you myself!" People around Hokage and the assassin gasped. "A murderer he is!" Someone said. "Get the guards, get the guards!" A woman yelled running for the guards at Prontera's gate. Hokage put away his axe and looked around puzzled. "Well.heh heh.I got to go." The assassin made a spirit sign with his hand, "See 'ya! Oh yeah, and the name's Konochimaru," He then yelled, "Cloaking!" And just like that, he disappeared. Guards soon came running from all directions and surrounded Hokage, "Hokage of Alberta, you're under arrest for attempt of killing. Drop all of your weapons and armour, and follow us. If you do not, we have reason to attack you!" The lead guard warned Hokage, "I.hate.this.town!" Hokage yelled as he took out his War Axe and activated his power with somewhat of a chant:
"Adrenaline Rush!" "Power Thrust!" His muscles bulged, "Weapon Perfection!" His axe glowed golden,
"Power Maximize!" He became surrounded in a red aura and electricity sparks,
"This is the part where you all die!" He dashed at the leader, swinging his weapon at his stomach, leaving a fatal gash, "You're all next." Glaring evilly at the leaderless squad of guards.
"I suggest you stop this at once." A knight with a light voice and blue hair, with a priest at his side, came walking toward Hokage, "Unless you like pain in the center of your gut." He brandished his lance, ".You will leave this town in less than five minutes!"
"I'll kill you.in less than five minutes!" The psychotic affects of Hokage's powers started to take over, "You.leave.or I kill!"
"Very well then." The knight said reluctantly. Both Hokage and the knight charged at each other.
