A/N: So I'm beginning to see that I'm much better at one-shots than longer stories...however I should work on finishing my other stories, I know. Anyways, we all know, I own nothing...so, so sad, I know.
"Alex!" Mitchie yelled in frustration after having found holes burnt into her favorite pair of jeans.
"What did I do now?" Alex asked, sighing as she popped in beside Mitchie.
"Oh! Gah!" Mitchie held her hand over her heart after being startled then smacked Alex's arm. "Don't do that!"
"Ouch! You don't have to hit me so hard." Alex pouted as she dramatically rubbed area where Mitchie hit her.
"I don't like it when you just pop into places. You know that."
"Well, sorry. You sounded mad and I was out in the patio. I figured the faster I got up here the less you'd yell" Alex huffed as she went to sit on their bed. "Guess I was wrong…" She muttered.
"Just, don't do it again."
"You know I'll do it anyways." The wizard said, smiling smugly.
"I know," Mitchie smiled, "I don't even know why I bother."
"So, why were you calling for me anyway?"
"Oh! You're dog has decided it'd be fun to burn my clothes! Again!" Mitchie holds up her holey jeans and Alex can't help but laugh. "It's not funny!"
"It…I…"
"Alex!" Mitchie huffed, "I can't wear these anymore!"
"S-sure you can." Alex took the jeans after finally calming down and examined them. "They're not that bad."
"There's a hole where my left buff pocket should be! How is that not bad?"
Alex tried to keep herself from laughing but failed and fell back on their bed in hysterics. Just then Dragon Dog came in and in his mouth was Alex's leather jacket. Mitchie was about to yell at Alex again for laughing just grinned when she saw what Dragon Dog had to play with now.
"Oh Alex," Mitchie sang, "look who just walked in sweetie."
Alex, still laughing, managed to sit up and looked down. When she saw her jacket, her precious, priceless leather jacket, in the potentially firey jaws of Dragon Dog she stopped laughing immediately.
"Not so funny now, is it baby?" Mitchie smiled as she folded her arms across her chest. Alex cast a quick glare at her wife before turning back to Dragon Dog.
"DD, come here sweetie. Give mama her jacket." The wizard started to cautiously move towards the dog who just wagged his tail happily. "No, no play time…"
"Careful Lexi, you know what happens when he gets too happy and we all know he loves you." The singer stood by, watching amused. She knew how much the jacket meant to Alex and knew how pissed she'd be if anything happened to it.
"Yes, Michelle, I know." Alex practically growled. Mitchie just laughed. "Stop laughing." Yelled the wizard, scaring the half dragon who proceeded to breath smoke out of his nose. "Oh, no, DD no don't be scared." Dragon Dog slowly started inching back to Alex, who was growing more and more impatient. "That's it baby, come here" Alex snatched the jacket from Dragon Dog just as their bedroom door burst open.
"Mom! I'm gonna kill that dog!" The sudden intrusion caused Dragon Dog to yelp and shoot flames as he jumped/flew in the air scorching the wall behind Alex.
"Alex!" Mitchie yells as she points to the wall. Alex just smiled sheepishly as she looked up at her wife and daughter.
"Well hey, I saved my jacket."
