Ted Tonks is a muggleborn – just another mudblood that people don't believe in because he's some sort of criminal for some reason or another.
He's not a golden pureblood, like the Black's or the Malfoy's, but he's never really cared for the limelight anyway, and so he's not really bothered at all.
And in no way is Ted a silver hearted half-blood, like so many of the witches and witches he's met before, because well, Silver's so common these days, isn't it?
No, Ted doesn't mind being just another muggleborn – because it makes being a wizard so much more magical after all, Ted Tonks doesn't mind being just bronze.
He doesn't really mind that he's third-place-bronze, because well, at least he's up on the scoreboard, right?
And as long as he's got his lovely Andromeda by his side, Ted doesn't really care at all.
