The Surprise
Harry Potter was walking down the corridor one day when he past by a
disused classroom only getting a glimpse of what was inside.
Realizing what he had seen he doubled back and his mouth drooped open
in shock.
In the classroom sitting on a desk snogging a boy with her legs
around a boy's waist and her hands in his hair. His very familiar
grey silver hair. Who was very eagerly snogging back?
MALFOY!!!!!!!!!!! Draco and Ginny snapped apart like startled
rabbits. Seeing there intruder Draco went even more pale then usual
and Ginny wasn't far behind. Ginny gave a nervous laugh from her
position on the desk. "Heh heh... Hi Harry" she smiled straining and
twiddled her fingers at him in greeting. Draco simply gulped.
10 minutes later Draco, Ginny and The Dream Team where in Dumbledores
office with their headmaster. For how Draco had put it "A good
thorough ear pounding" but it wasn't the headmaster who was doing the
pounding,
"Are you out of your bloody mind?" Ron was pacing in front of the
two chairs containing his little sister and his worst enemy. Harry
and Hermione were standing to the side watching Ron rant. Pacing from
one side of the room to the other.
While Dumbledore was sitting at his desk twiddling his thumbs with an
statement of deep thought upon his face. By everyone's sunken
shoulders and bored expressions you could tell that this had been
going on for a while.
"You are a disgrace to your house and your family. You have been
seeing Malfoy? How long has this been going on? What you want to be
Mrs Pompous Git?" Harry didn't no that Ron could talk so much without
taking breath.
It came to his attention that Hermione was poking him in the arm. She
was pointing at Draco and Ginny. Ginny had slowly been seeping down
in her chair as Ron went on. By now her back was wear her bottom
should be.
He looked and saw that Malfoy was taking Ginny's hand in his own.
They locked there hands in a firm grip and then Malfoy did something
Harry had never seen him do before.
He smiled. Not a smirk or a sneer a real honest to God smile. He was
smiling at Ginny and she was smiling back. A smile that clearly
said. "We'll get through this, love." And Ginny was saying back "Yes
we will and we'll be stronger then ever."
Harry's mouth fell open. He turned to Hermione who just shrugged her
shoulders then he looked at Dumbledore to see if he had seen the same
thing. Dumbledore gave Harry a small nod.
It appeared Draco Malfoy found something he wanted more than to be a
Death Eater.
