OK, due to a resent review, SOMEONE, has basically threatens to report me for putting the song lyrics in the story. To avoid getting my account terminated, I recommend looking up the lyrics on azLyrics, and reading a line of the story before every line of song lyric. Another idea is to listen to the song while reading it, I listened to the song on repeat while writing the story. I apologize for anyone who is upset about this, but sadly, some people chose to be jerks about things like this. In my opinion, they should go after the ones who put MA content in their stories. Make no mistake, it's not bad, but the site says no. A good alternative is Archive of Our Own, or AO3, where that rating is allowed. But apparently someone who has disclaimed something, takes more priority. Once again, I apologize for any in-convinces this has caused. Pain.

Pain and tiredness, that was all he could feel.

Oh how he wanted it to be over.

He was done fighting.

"You have... You have your mother's eyes," Snape spoke ever so softly

He felt his eyes slowly close,

and the last thing he saw before they closed,

were a pair of green eyes just like his childhood friend,

full of silent tears that threatened to fall.

He felt the last of his strength drain away.

He was dying.

It wasn't exactly unexpected.

Death, that is.

He looked up

For a moment he was saddened,

that it was him making those eyes so sad.

And then he felt himself let go.

And Severus Snape was no more.

Severus Snape is going to meet Lily Potter again, but now in the sky.

"It's time isn't it?"

Lily nodded

"I…I'm…" He looked at her, unable to finish his sentence.

Lilly grabbed his hand and held it

"It's okay to be scared.

Going home can be one of the scariest thing about life."

Home...

He was going home

He awoke in a playground.

The playground where he met Lily.

He saw her coming towards him with a beautiful, graceful smile.

His best friend was here. A tear escaped his eye.

"Lilly!" He sobbed gently and held her tightly in his arms.

"Oh how I have missed you...I am so sorry..."

"I'm sorry. I didn't treat him right-Lily, can you forgive me?"

"You saved his life, Sev. You protected him. That's enough for me" She took his hand. "Thank you"

"My dearest Severus,

you have honored me everyday.

You have touched so many lives."

"Thank you,Lily "

"Have you been waiting for me after all this time?" She asked wonderingly.

"Always."
