Happy Birthday Dean!

Disclaimer: Santa didn't get me SPN for Christmas... (Cries)

:For those of you still waiting on my Inheritence stories, I love you. Sorry for the wait, but my computer crashed and I needed a new one. My addiction to Fanfiction had to be satified with my friend's computor. I don't think she was happy with that... Anywho, I have a new labtop, so I'll be posting chapters soon!:

Dean Winchester had had many terrible birthdays in the past. For his 15th, he was stuck in a hospital after being tossed down two flights of stairs by a poltergeist. On his 19th, he was back in the hospital after having his side mauled by a wendigo. But his 22nd, that particular birthday really took the cake (pun intended). It was the first birthday he'd had to spend without Sammy. When his 27th came around, he had spent it alone in a crappy motel with Sam. It was the first birthday he'd ever had without his father.

After he came back from Hell, there wasn't ever time to celebrate something as trivial as a birthday. The Apocalypse had started, Lucifer was free, and two powerful opposing forces wanted to ride Winchesters to the prom.

When Sam threw himself into the cage, he was devastated. He spent his birthday in a drunken stupor while Lisa tried to comfort him.

Yes, Dean Winchester has had many terrible birthdays. However, this one was different.

He was sitting comfortably in Bobby's house with a beer in one hand, and his other wrapped around his angel's waist. Sam-who had finally got his soul back-was leaning up against the couch beside him. Bobby,-who was now free from his wheelchair- was fiddling with the new TV set that had at last made its way into the Singer residence. As "Trading Places" was turned on, Castiel snuggled even deeper into his mate's arms to enjoy the novel experience of a home movie. Bending his head up to nuzzle his mate's neck, he softly whispered, "Happy birthday Dean." And Dean finally thought that his birthday was a day worth celebrating.

Awww...I love Dean&Cas together...

feel free to R&R this sorry excuse for an author. Reviews make my day a million times brighter.
