No More Waiting
A/N: This is in response to the season finale the morning after Cameron goes to see Chase. This is my first fic dealing with Cameron as the main character, so be nice please. The music lyrics are from Portions for Foxes, by Rilo Kiley.Who else was like "WTF" from the season finale?

Cameron eyes fluttered open. She looked around at her surroundings and smiled remembering where she was. She turned around to face Chase, who blinked a few times before really waking up.
"You know this is the first time I've ever woken up in your bed with clothes on."
Chase grinned at Cameron, who was wearing his t-shirt and shorts. "I told you no sex on the first date. Unless it was a one night stand then we wouldn't be here."
Cameron smiled suggestively and lightly kissed Chase's chest, causing shivers to rise up his spine. "What about on the second date? Or is teasing the only thing allowed?"
"Does that mean what I think you're saying?" Chase asked. It seemed to Chase that Cameron had chosen him, but one question was bothering him. Was she willing to have a real relationship with him?
"Yes. I want to go out with you." Cameron looked in to Chase eyes. "I'm willing to try-have a real relationship with you."
An instant smile spread across his face, but a look of concern soon replaced it. "Are you sure about this?"
"Yes. I am positive." Cameron looked genuine in her answer.
"Okay. I just don't want you to do something that you're not ready for."
"I'm ready. When I realized that you would not be around anymore I got scared that I had lost my chance to be with you. It hit me that I had made a mistake about you and Tuesdays. I should have said yes a long time ago."
"I guess Tuesdays weren't such a silly thing."
"No it wasn't a bad idea after all." Cameron kissed Chase deeply. After coming back up for air, Chase returned as deep a kiss to Cameron. "We have got to stop doing this."
"Why?" Chase asked confused.
"Because, the touching leads to sex and then there is no mystery left."
"Huh?"
"It's from a song, but I think you get the jiff." Cameron said as she placed Chase's hand under her shirt.
Chase did not need any more guidance as Cameron pulled him on top of her. After all, they were already past the first date. Cameron smiled as she and her boyfriend kissed. Not having a job definitely had some benefits. At least she was not waiting to make a move anymore.
