This is a work of fiction.

It was almost noon when I woke up, I remembered that today I was supposed to receive the watch I had ordered five days ago. I liked collecting things from 80's. The watch I had ordered was a Kronoform robot watch, also known as the Transformers watch, even though it wasn't a Transformers branded product. When I went down to get the mail I saw that it did indeed arrive. I went back up to my room and turned on the computer out of habit. I opened the parcel carefully as I didn't like making a mess, and saw that it was indeed the watch I had ordered. The packaging had Kronoform written on it in the Transformers font. There was also a robot that looked suspiciously like a Transformer on it. When I opened the packaging, under the watch, was a folded piece of paper. It didn't look like user's guide. I unfolded it, and was shocked to see my own handwriting.
Dear Me,
Once you eliminate the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how improbable, must be the truth. And its more probable that I, a you from another universe, wrote this than you yourself having written this letter while sleepwalking for example. The reason for me writing you is quite simple. I have superpowers. Lots of them. And as we both know how generous we are, I decided that I would share some with myself. I modified the watch you ordered in a very special way. Not wanting to make it to easy for you, because we already are too lazy, and hoping that you are one of the smarter versions of myself I decided that I would only give you a clue to the riddle of what it can do,
C. Freak
After a little breakdown on discovering the existence of the multiverse it was quite easy to guess what the clue meant. I thought that the only thing C. Freak could mean is Control Freak. He had my favourite superpowers. Being able to jump into my favourite fictional worlds on screen was absolutely geil as the Germans would say. I put on the watch/transdimensional travelling machine that only cost me sixty quids, typed in my password and looked for a good video to do a first test-run on, on Youtube. I typed in empty field but I didn't find anything useful. Empty beach had better results. I clicked on the first video and watched it once as it was short, then paused it at three seconds after hitting the replaying button. It was just what I wanted. An empty beach.
"Enter video", I said out loud hoping that it would work. It didn't. Then I tried willing myself into the video. That didn't work. I pushed my forehead against the screen for some time, which didn't work either. I thought that maybe it only worked on fiction. The only movie I could think of that had empty fields was Signs. But I don't think I was ready to go there when I remembered that those fields weren't so empty. After two hours of trying it on different movies I discovered that my methods didn't work. After a short prayer to God for it to work, I started again and tried something else that Control Freak could do. I put on Signs and paused it during the scene where Bo puts a glass of water on the table. I tried wishing the glass into my hand for a moment which didn't do anything.
I tried pushing my hand into the screen and there was no resistance. It worked
