Lilly potters first day of Hogwarts.
Lilly woke up from her bed and put on her school robes. It was her first day of classes at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She was excited because she had waited two years ever since she saw her brother Albus get on the train his first year. She went down stairs to the common room to see her brother James
playing with a snitch, he got for his birthday last year.
"There's my little sis all ready for her first day of classes," James said. He pulled her on to the couch and started tickling her.
"Stop it James," Lilly said. James let go of her and then proceeded out the door. Lilly followed him down the stairs to breakfast in The Great Hall. When Lilly got there, she sat down on a bench and grabbed two eggs, a piece of toast and a glass of juice. She noticed Professor McGonagall walking up and down the Gryffindor table. She leaned toward Rose.
"Why is Professor McGonagall walking around us?"
"She's handing out new schedules she does this every year don't worry Lilly Our parents had her she'll be happy to have you in class; however don't get on her bad side or Gryffindor will lose points she takes 10 per punishment," Rose said. Lilly was a little nervous, and when she saw that she had potions first, she was really mad.
Lilly and Hugo made their way down to the dungeons for potions. They heard talk of a mean potions master Professor Snape, however they heard talk that he was dead. When the door of the dungeon opened, they saw a fat man in a suit carrying flasks.
"Good Morning first years my name is Professor Slughorn," Slughorn said. He sat down in the chair and sighed.
"Please take out your textbooks and cauldrons and turn to page 15,"Slughorn instructed. Lilly did as she was instructed. Slughorn reached into the back closet, pulled out some boxes, and set them on his desk. He reached for his wand, gave it a flick and ingredients started flying everywhere. Lilly could tell this was going to be an interesting class.
Though out the day Lilly experienced exploding feathers in Charms, killer plants in Herbolgay, and flying rats in Transfiguration Lilly thought she had Defense against the Dark arts but it turned out that the teacher was sick and they could not find a substitute. Lilly walked up to her room and got into her bed. This was going to be an interesting year.
