The green clothed duck was strolling down the flower fields, near the high walls that separated the outside world from Scrooge's enormous garden. Beautiful flowers planted on each side of the roads.
The duck smiled at the lovely scenery. His steps felt light as he kept walking, his eyes closed as he breathed in the delicate air.
"Beautiful," Louie said, "But not as beautiful as you, my darling," he turned his head to the right, the real beauty was at his hand.
The Khopesh, from inside the giant pyramid of an ancient Pharaoh, Toth-Ra. It was pure gold from the blade to the very base of its grip. And when Louie saw it the first time, he immediately knew he had to bring it home, where it belongs.
His legs began skipping happily through the field, his arm swaying the sword around as he whistled a tune.
Oh Khopesh you're a pretty nice thing
You're perfect in every way
Oh Khopesh you're a pretty nice thing
You never change day to day
Pretty Khopesh I love you a lot
And I don't care what anybody says
Oh Khopesh you're a pretty nice thing
I will never ever let you go
Oh yeah
I will never ever let you go
As the singing stopped, so did his skipping. His eyes turned to the gold curved sword, admiring its beauty once again before giving a quick peck on the cold blade while his hand gently stroke the sides.
I will never ever let you go
Louie placed onto his chest as a warm smile formed on his face.
From afar, three ducks were sitting on the cliff side which overlooked the field.
"I feel both disturbed and intrigued," Dewey commented.
"I'm with Dewey," Huey added.
"Meh, I've been there," Webby shrugged.
A/N :
A silly little story after I saw a funny picture on pinterest about Louie and his Khopesh.
Song is "The Beatles - Her Majesty"
I changed the lyrics, obviously.
