Paradox
Ah ha' Harry Potter thought as he finally managed to grasp the time turner from its resting place in McGonagall's office.
Unlike most of his escapades, he was alone. I ha knew he had to be alone for this one. It was too personal, and highly illegal.
The new prototype of time turners acquired by Hogwarts allowed the Turner to take you back years: decades even. And that was what Harry was going to do. He was going to save his parents.
It all started as a spur of the moment idea, and had transformed into this Mr. Hyde of a plot. He couldn't wait to see his parents for the first time he could remember except for that fateful night.
But now the night wouldn't be fateful,' he thought.
He had resolved to go back to that Halloween and find a way for them to find out about Peter, and give them an opportunity to get out of the house and to safety. It was a fool proof plan, when looked upon by his eyes. He would get his parents and Sirius Black back and give Peter his just reward.
Ever since this idea was planted in his mind, it consumed his body and soul, and every thought was to get his parents back.
This was why he was slipping this turner around his neck. That is why he fiddled with it to get the time right on the dial. That is why he turned it over once, and that is why he was suddenly thrown into a vortex of time.

Hours later, Harry found himself in front of his past home. Or well, hiding in the bushes, observing the house with shaded eyes. Within the window he could see his father pacing up and down the length of the room.
Harry stuck his hand in his pocket, and felt the jagged edges of parchment on the note he was going to slip under the door.
It simply read in big bold letters- Peter Is The Traitor.
As he stood there his contemplated his situation. By doing this he realized he would change the world as he knew it. He thought at first that it was for the better, but now second thoughts were forming in his head. What happens if he didn't defeat Voldemort that night and his reign of terror wasn't put off until the prophesy was fulfilled. What happens if he never met Ron or Hermione, and whether he would be happy-
Of course he would be happy! He would have his PARENTS. Isn't that more important than anything else? But doubts still plagued his mind.
His thoughts turned to the Mirror of Erised. What wouldn't he give to have his parents around him loving him. Quietly he creeped up to the door, and took the parchment out of his pocket. On the steps, there was a small puddle of water. He looked down and saw the reflection of his face and thought. What did he want to do. With one hand clutched around the parchment, and one on his time turner, pre-set for HIS present life and ready to turn, he had to choose.
One last glance of his face in the water made his decision.
A/N: This story has no end, and in your minds what do you think would happen? Would Harry Save His Parents, or Go Home??? This is your choice, and I hope you'll share your choice and your reasons with me.
