Help With Story!

I am trying to find a story written back in 2007-2008. It was from the point of view of Troy Bolton and he had a list of 100 things. Chad was mentioned in a lot . More info inside! Please, help!

I thought that since many people do this (and it's effective), that I can give it a shot.

There was this one story that I can't remember the title to, and I tried searching.

I am not sure if the author decided to delete it or just that I can't find it.

It was pretty much a list of a 100 things written by Troy he mentioned Chad in it a lot. Like, he would say something hilarious and then the next point would be "And Chad" But the frustrating part is I don't remember why he mentioned Chad. Like it was sort of a list of cause and effects.

I remember showing my friends this story as well.

Then the author wrote a few chapters where they showed what would happen. I think it was something about annoying people or I could be wrong. The author did not go in order, I think people just reviewed, asked for the author to do a certain point on the list, and the author did.

I started reading HSM fics in 2007-2008 so it was during that time I am sure.
