Disclaimer: I own NOTHING here! This song is I Don't Believe It Anymore, sung by Cote de Pablo. Enjoy!

At the end of work, Ziva felt herself drawn to an old piano bar. Sitting down, she realized the piano bar was open. Walking up she sat down at the bench. "Um… this is a song I wrote. Hope you like it," Ziva said as she began to play and sing.

I used to believe in love

I used to believe in fate

I used to believe that I could find my way

I used to believe in miracles

I used to believe in God above

Now I feel my faith has been betrayed

McGee looked up from where he was, partly shocked at what Ziva was singing. He started to listen more as she kept singing.

As I get closer to the truth

I get closer to my destiny

Ziva sang her heart out as she got to the refrain

I don't believe it anymore

I don't believe it anymore

All that's left is emptiness

And darkness turns to life

I still want that destiny

And I still want that dream

And I still want that love to glow

And I…

Ziva faltered as the emption piled on over her voice. She took a deep breath and started to sing again, letting her voice soften slightly. McGee was amazed that Ziva felt that way. He decided to talk to Ziva when she was done.

I used to believe in fate

When she stepped off, she went to McGee. "That was a nice song," he told her. "Thank you," she replied gratefully. "Do you…." McGee trailed off not knowing how to complete his sentence. "No. I might not have told you, but I had a lot of time on my hands in Somalia. I have been thinking about it for a while. But no, I have not felt this way for a while, definitely not now," Ziva assured him. "Then why did you write it down?" Ziva sighed. "McGee, it has been in my head for a while. It needed to be written," she told him. "But then why are you still singing it?" He asked. "I do not know. As much as we all hate Somalia, it is a part of me. Besides, it is not that bad," she explained.

"You were great up there Ziva," He smiled. "Thank you," she replied. "I didn't know you sing," he told her. "There are a lot of things you do not know about me McGee," she said slyly saying goodbye and leaving, glad that awkward moment was over. Little did she know, McGee had a video of her and her song…
