I'm not sure if this could be classified as a fanfic and if someone wants to flame me, they are perfectly obliged to do so. I just really want my thoughts and feelings heard.

The Finicky Subject Of Caleb's Pairing And Where I Firmly Stand

Those people out there who talk about Cornelia dying (z-nadka-zak), keep in mind that she isn't real and you are being blunt, ignorant, and insensitive, not to mention unreasonable.

I don't know all the reasons for WillxCaleb fans but some of the ones I've heard, they were made for each other (where does it say that?), they looked like they were getting together in the beginning (they also looked like their powers weren't going to improve any in the beginning and did that pull through??), and the most ridiculous of all that makes me want to spit, they are both leaders. Lillian and Chris are both in the same age group, both Elyon and Cedric are blond(e). Give me a break! WillxCaleb lovers and I are both people but somehow they still manage to find preposterous incentives to worship this asinine pair.

I feel it's awfully annoying and predictable that pretty much all the W.I.T.C.H. girls have some guy they like. Is it that bad for them to stay single? Cornelia being in love with Caleb, with the main role for Meridian's freedom, was unexpected. Turn that into two leaders in love, you give us something clichéd and placid like the prince and the princess or the two smartest in the class. (By the way, Zain? No one ever said Martin was smart. They just said he was annoying)

Cornelia and Caleb created a big realistic romance that we can all relate to. What's more, they've been through thick and thin and were threatened more than once by the different worlds from which they've come. People can look up to that and admire the fact that they pulled through. Take that away from us, and what do we have? An impossible WillxCaleb trying to tell the world that this is what we should be going for. Good girls shouldn't date bad boys, sports players should stick with cheerleaders, etc.

Last of all, what does it matter if both Will and Caleb have the leader thing in common? Who cares if Caleb and Cornelia don't have all that much in common? "Opposites attract because they are, in fact, not opposites, but complementaries."

I know it wasn't the big essay I promised but I had to get that out there. I feel much better about myself now. You can flame me if I want to but I have freedom of speech and expression and I'm choosing to express myself instead of letting my heart bleed whenever a WillxCaleb walks by.
