Of Void Potentials

Warning: If you are sensitive to criticisms regarding Sakura, I suggest you to NOT read on.
A hand, dreadfully white and dripping red, gripped the cold metal of the table.
Who are they to you, Sakura?
She is leaning too close, her torso resting on the small, level space between their seats. The strong smell of iron mingles with the sterile air, the atmosphere thickens.
Do you really see them? Or are you just looking at what you think they are?
She dabs at the wounds, not answering, causing the inquisitor's lips to curl.
For someone so smart, you are unbelievably dumb.
The green glow of her hands flickers, even for a bit. She sees it, and sneers.
And for someone so strong and talented, you are weak.
She is still not looking. She wraps the bandage around the still-blistered arm tightly. Tightly. Tightly.
Your team's broken, Sakura. What have you done? What are you doing?
A sharp exhale.
You were a lucky, lucky girl. So much potential - wasted with that attitude of yours. The world doesn't revolve around you, Haruno. You had a team. A group of ninjas who are supposed to work and support each other. And each of them cared. About you. But what were - are - you thinking? Caught up with yourself, bemoaning your weaknesses - or lately, making careless resolves. That drastic 'confession,' the 'kill' Sasuke thing -
"You're done, Tenten. You may now proceed to the Hokage office."
Sakura. You had all of what it takes to succeed, but you approached the confrontations wrong.
With these words she leaves behind the former member of Team Seven to stare at the damaged side of the blood-spattered table; her face bright and fists clenched. Well, she had to deliver a wake-up call. It is most hateful to see so much potential on people who doesn't know how to use them.
A/N: I am not bashing Sakura here. I am merely criticizing the way she handles her strengths; I know that she can do a lot more than what she does. And I hope that she will.
