I see the one that I truly do love,
Though he might not be a human,
He is perfect just the way he is,
Even if everyone cannot see what I do.
Tall, noble and proud does he stand,
With wings, a tail and horns upon his brow.
Thoughtful and brooding he can be at times,
But through all moods, he is just perfect to me.
A leader and a friend, he is that to all,
Yet, for me he means the world, my soul.
My heart overflows with love for him,
When I see him look at me the way he does.
To be wrapped in his winged grasp,
Is to know the feeling of love and protection.
A hold of gentleness is enough to know,
That I have a loving hold over his heart.
We are one till the end of time,
Mates and one another's heart and soul.
To break us apart would cause the break,
Of two who have become one.
