PROLOGUE
Carl woke up surrounded by his posters of hot women and broken beer bottles. He heard a loud banging noise downstairs.
"That better not be who I think it is," Carl said to himself.
By the time he got down there, Carl saw what he didn't want to see: his rude and obnoxious milkshake next door neighbor Master Shake on his new recliner.
"Ok, cup, why did you break into my house?" Carl shouted to Master Shake.
"Because I needed a good place to watch the NFL playoffs!" Master Shake responded. "And what better place to watch it than your 60" plasma HD television, with DirecTV?"
"How about your house, away from me."
Master Shake just ignores him. Suddenly, the Carolina Panthers, who are playing the hometown New York Giants, score a touchdown.
"God dammit!" Master Shake shouts.
He throws the remote control at the television, causing it to blow up, along with half of Carl's house.
"What did you do to my house?" Carl shouts.
"Don't worry," Master Shake responds, "we can fix this up with a bit of spackle and mortar."
"You won't do anything. I need to make a call. You better have a damn good lawyer."
With that, he takes his cellphone out of his underpants and walks down the street.
"Carl, don't you want to see the rest of the Giants game?" an oblivious Master Shake shouts to Carl. He responds directly to Master Shake. Oblivious again, Master Shake responds: "Yes, the Giants are number one!"
Who is Carl talking to? What did he mean by the lawyer comment? We'll find out in Chapter 1...
