A/N: So this is a work in progress. I'll update it as I add more.

Soft rose petals flew out as the doors to the Host Club opened once again. Inside it bustled with activity. Just as always. Girls hung about, giggling and squealing over the hosts. Hunny sat with a large cake in front of him, Mori behind him ever-watching like a guard. Hikaru and Kaoru entertained with their brotherly love, and Haruhi with her natural rookie charm. Kyoya typed at his computer, and Tamaki was surrounded by girls, as always. Nothing was out of place; everything was as it should be. In fact, nothing dramatic had occurred recently. No random threats from random clubs, no cavities, the twins hadn't fought again, no one had come claming marriage to any club members, no one was lost or deemed missing, and they hadn't run out of their official drink of instant "commoner" coffee. Everything was completely peaceful. It was to some cough Haruhi cough a welcome break. But for the Host Club, life went on as always.

In one corner Hunny smiled cutely as he raised a piece of strawberry toped cake to his mouth. The girls squealed at his cuteness. His grin widened as he popped the forkful into his mouth and let its sugary-goodness fill his mouth. His girls cheered in delight.

A bit away, Hikaru cupped Kaoru's cheek, and whispered soft words to him, causing a light blush to caress his cheeks.

"Hi-Hikaru--" He softly cried his brother's name, causing their customers to reach for a handkerchief for their now bloody noses, while crying in bliss.

Kyoya's glasses flashed as he looked up, scanning the room.

Girls leaned in towards Haruhi, intrigued and interested by her understanding and charm.

And Tamaki, always the ladies man, whispered sweet nothings in the ears of a few lucky ladies. One fainted in excitement. He caught her in his arms and held her close. Her eyes fluttered open-

"Fair princess, I hope you were not harmed by that fall. Oh but how could you be. Just looking at you tells me that you're nothing short of an Angel, that no mere fall could injure your perfect body." He smiled one of his seductive smiles, and she blushed with excitement. Picking her up bridal style he sat her back down in her seat, and looked around the 3 other girls, looking for something to discuss.

One spoke up.

"Tamaki-sempai, did you hear??" A pretty girl with soft blue hair and green eyes ventured forth a topic.

"Hear what Saori-san?"

"That Ayame Seiichi may be coming back soon."

Tamaki's eyes widened at this news.

"R-really now? She's finished her trip already?"

"I don't know, but that's what I heard."

"Me too." A young girl with flowing red hair and auburn eyes spoke up.

"And me." A girl identical to the one who had spoken before.

"Mei-san, Mai-san, you too?" The twin girls nodded.

"Sempai, I heard this as well." Spoke a usually quiet doe eyed girl.

"Chiyo-san?" She nodded. He put his head in his hands muttering-

"Ohhh this isn't good. This isn't good."

"Sempai, you don't like this girl?" Chiyo asked innocently. Mei and Mai looked at her like she was insane for asking such a question.

"How do you NOT know??"

"We're freshmen, and we know!" They chimed in.

Chiyo looked at the ground.

"Mei, Mai, Chiyo just transferred here this year, so of course she wouldn't know!" Saori hissed. They looked apologetic. Tamaki simply looked her in the eyes and began to tell the story.
