Toad's *Shocking* Discovery
I snatched the fence with my tongue as one of those cursed x-men - Storm - was trying to blow me into the water. Her eyes were demon-white as she stepped out of the museum.
My body flapped in the air. "You know what happens to a toad when it's struck by lightning?" she asked me. _She wouldn't dare._ "The same thing that happens to everything else." She raised her hands and sent a lightning bolt at me.
Oh, wow! The sensations that rushed through my veins overwhelmed me as I splashed into the ocean. I could feel my body shudder and tremble. My heart made leaps and bounds irregularly: "Boom! Boom! Eepe. Boom! Bam! Boom! Boom! Eepe."
_Is that suppose to happen?_ I asked myself, feeling wild and giddy. The water was high intense and I could feel it pulsing around me. In the water, my second home, I laughed a hysterical laugh as I shook uncontrollably.
I woke up the next morning, laying on the beach. What I had experienced the last night came back to me. My arm was twitching. I couldn't hold back a deranged giggle as I hopped into a boat so I could get back to our "secret lair."
Once there, I rummaged through metal boxes and garbage bags. Sabertooth arrive after I, and the first think he did was yell at me. "Why did you leave me there?" he demanded.
"Not, now," I pleaded. I'd found what I'd been looking for, and I retracted my hand from a box. It was a fork.
I could feel Sabertooth's glair as I leaped to an electrical outlet. I studied the fork for a moment before inserting it into the electric source.
ZZZZAAAAPPPP!!!!
The same sensations flooded my body, only a bit weaker then what Storm had done to me. I felt a jab in my side and was thrown away from the plug.
Sabertooth stood above me. "What do you" twitch "think you're" twitch "doing?" I yelled, my whole body convulsing on the floor.
"What do _you_ think you're doing?" he shot back. "Trying to kill yourself?"
I ignored him and laid my head on the cold stones, muscles spasming; my whole body quivering. He rolled his eyes and walked way. I scooted back to the outlet quietly. Looking around, I studied the fork, which had burned flowered patterns into my hand.
And I shoved it in the outlet.
ZZZZAAAAPPPP!!!!
I heard Sabertooth growl, but I didn't care. I knew what I needed. I'd found what I'd been missing; what filled my empty space. I knew what I really needed. I needed more. More! I tried to put it in again, missing twice, for my hand was shaking so severely. But the third try I was able to plunge it inward.
ZZZZAAAAPPPP!!!!
End.
