A year after the war ended and the Rebel's chose to host a Hunger Games, this time using Capitol Children, the battle begins. SYOT OPEN

Hey guys! Welcome to my first SYOT! The 76th Hunger Games: Capitol Justice. These are the Games in which Capitol children are forced to compete, after the vote was passed by the Rebels after the war. This is my first SYOT, but after participating in some I am sure I will be able to write a great one, and keep you on the edge of your seats the entire time. As with all SYOT'S, you are asked to fill in a form about your tribute. May the odds be EVER in your favour :D

P.S. The crazier the tributes appearance, the more I will like them. Also, I really hope that there is a ruthless tribute (hopefully a girl) so I can use some cool ideas I have. Remember, the better you describe your tribute, the more chapters you will get on your tribute, plus a better chance of winning!
