Intro
"Peyton, I love you." That was the last thing Jake said to Peyton before he left with his baby, Jenny. That's the only thing Peyton kept replying in her head from that moment. She knew she loved him to, but she had to let him go so he could protect Jenny. Though Nikki was far from there because of the misleading information she got it still wasn't safe for Jake and Jenny to be there.
Several months passed by without any word from Jake. Peyton knew she had to move on, but it was hard for her to. The last thing she needed was for Nikki to show up at her house unannounced. "What do you want Nikki?" Peyton stepped on to her porch as Nikki backed up giving her space. "I wanted to tell you that you can tell Jake to stop hiding from me. I'm done." Nikki said laughingly. "Yah sure like I believe you. Listen Nikki whatever you are up to isn't going to work. Jake is going to keep Jenny. So get the hell off my porch." Nikki just laughed. "I'm not up to anything. Eventually I will get to see my daughter again, but in the mean time I just going to try to forget about her and go on with my life." Peyton couldn't believe what just happened. Is Nikki finally giving up? Before Peyton could say anything Nikki speed away in her soft top jeep.
Peyton immediately called Jake, but to only get his voicemail. "Hey Jake, its Peyton. Nikki just came by my house and said that she was done looking for you. She sounded like she was telling the truth to. I'm not sure if she was telling the truth, but she sounded pretty truthful. I really miss you so I hope you come back soon. Give me a call back if you can. Bye." A few days passed by and Peyton didn't hear from him.
