Princess Runo of Rosavilla
Once upon a time in the kingdom of Rosavilla there was a baby princess was born to the King Hercules and his wife Queen Megan. "She is so beautiful, my love. She will be called Runo, which means snow fire." Queen Megan to her husband and breathe her last breath. The king was heartbroken by her death, but he knew that Runo would need a mother to teach her to be a proper young lady so he (after a year of mourning) remarried to the Countess LeAnn, who loved children more than anything in the world and was often called Mother LeAnn by her people on her estate. She made sure Runo could read, write, sing, play the harp, piano, and flute, do math, her priestess duties, sew dresses, make tapestries, and defend herself as well ride a horse. A few months before Runo's sixteenth birthday an offer for her hand in marriage that came from the Crowned Prince Dan of the kingdom of Heartlove was sent to them. The king said yes to the offer right away and went to tell Runo about her good fortune. She was practicing her harp when he entered the room.
"Welcome my beloved father. Do you have any news for me today, father?" She told him in a soft voice. She looked really pretty in her hand made dress this day.
"Yes, I have got and said yes to an offer for your hand, Runo." He told her calmly and quietly because she had some bad health issues at times.
"Thank you for telling me this news, father." She told him calmly and started to pack her clothes in a trunk.
"You do not need to pack your clothes, my dear. They are going to give you: a whole new wardrobe as a wedding present, Runo." He tells her to pick out her favorite dress to wear for the trip.
