Omi shifted uncomfortably in the comuter chair. Everything had been planned out, set in place and was ready for the mission. Well... everything except the map. He pressed impatiently at his thumbnail through the cover of his silken gloves. "Come on come on come on..." He chanted nervously, glancing at the clock at the lower right hand side of the screen. Even through his urgings the internet explorer just refused to go any faster. He knew he should have taken care of this the night before rather than watching Jeapordy with Ken, but he just hadn't been able to tear himself away from the screen and now he was stuck staring at the barely moving picture at the top of the window.

He entwined his fingers, massaging the palm of his hand with his thumb and bit his lip. Because of his work ethics he could very well be the cause of their target's escape. Even still, he couldn't help the fact that Kritiker had only provided a sparse amount of money to replace the Weiß computer. That meant that internet had to come from his own pocket and cable or even DSL was simply out of the question. After all, the only person who could use the computer well was himself and that meant that the rest of the team didn't see any use in having it.

"Come on... They'll be gone by the time I get there... K'so... K'SO!" The young man very nearly his the computer then and there, but forced himself to unclech his fists and wring his hands nervously. There was a coppery taste tinging his lips and he knew that he'd bit down too hard.

From upstairs came the impatient call of his leader. It wasn't often that Ran Fujimiya rushed anyone unless there was a serious chance that they'd be late... more likely if there was a serious chance that they'd get into an accident to get to the target on time. "Bombay, are you almost finished?"

Damned slow modem... damned low salary...damned map quest for being overrun with popups... He licked at the blood, letting the taste ease his anger just a bit. "No, Aya! I told you the internet is being slow!" Damned leader for being so insensetive...

Again the voice called down to him, "So hack your way into a better modem, but get it done!" Damned father for not putting me on his will... He opened his mouth to yell a response, but thought better of it and for good reasons. The window popped up at last, revealing the map to the location. Omi kissed the screen and pressed the print button. Oh, I love you horribly slow, but effective computer even though you are a piece of shit! He checked the printer and sat back, wringing his hands once more. The paper clunked into place and the ink began to deposit itself as letters.

"Just a little faster if you please..." Again Omi had become impatient, they were nearly ten minutes behind schedule and that meant another lesson in offensive driving... He rocked back and forth in his chair. "Just one moment Aya, it's printing!"

Don't speak too soon, kitten... a voice cooed in his head and then the printer stopped. It clicked and rattled but refused to go further, then it just turned off. This had to be an act from Nagi, to be sure. The German accent laughed thickly in his mind, more amused than it should have been. Omi moved to turn the printer back on, but just as he moved, a familliar blue screen appeared before him.

"Your computer is not responding, please restart and try again." That screen, entitled by the boy the 'blue screen of death' blinked merrily at him and his eyes scanned to the bottom of the screen to meet the white letters blinking there. "April fools, Weiß."
