PigPen smiled at his friend, Patty Swanson, who was one of the most two-sided kids in town. One day she could be all sugar, spice and everything nice; while the next day, she is just as mean as Violet or crabby as Lucy or even a bit of a bragger like Frieda. However, today, she was smiling and welcoming.
"Come in.," she calmly explained as she opened the door for her dirty, little friend, who appreciated the kind gesture and smiled as they both cuddled on Mrs. Swanson's couch together, prepared to watch a couple movies together.
"Which movie SHOULD we watch first, 'Mary Poppins', 'The Wizard of Oz', 'Lady & the Tramp' or 'Jumangi'"? Patty asked sweetly. PigPen thought about the choices for a minute before choosing 'Lady & the Tramp', one of their favorites. "I'll get the popcorn and soda ready!" the girl in the plaid dress exclaimed as PigPen placed the movie in VCR player, both kids ready for a nice day of movies, popcorn and each other.
