Dr Spencer Reid was currently bouncing on the balls of his feet, all eyes were on him as he began to swing round on his chair. Stopping suddenly he smiled as he caught sight of a familiar sight of red hair standing up he grabbed his lover in for a searing hot kiss and wrapped a arm around his waist before speaking
"Guys this is my lover Horatio Caine of Miami crime lab."
Horatio pulled his sunglasses off and inclined his head, while Spencer was happy that the most important people of his life were meeting for the first real time. Spencer could tell that Rossi, Morgan, Hotch and Gideon were sizing up Horatio and it made him feel nervous. Spencer could tell that this meeting would end up in tears or worse, Morgan looked at Horatio and spoke in a cold voice
"So how long have you and Reid been together?"
Horatio looked at Morgan and raised a eyebrow before calmly replying
" Eight and a half years tomorrow."
That caused everyone to do a double take, Morgan now understood why Spencer always turned him down when it came to getting a date and now he knew why. Horatio could feel the tension in the air it was getting to the point were you could cut it with a knife, Spencer wrapped his arm around Horatio's waist and whispered into his ear before Horatio nodded and the two picked up Spencer's bag and began to walk to the elevator. Looking around the room Spencer spoke in a broken voice
" I thought that you would be happy for me, turns out I'm wrong yet again. I'm going down to Miami in the morning. I don't expect for you to see me off after all you have just made it clear who you feel about me and H."
With that he places his badge and gun on the desk and walks out not casting another glance back.
