It was simple just very simple. Slowly Sasuke crawled on his hands and knees towards his prey's bed, slowly as he stood on his knees a face met his.

"AH!" Sasuke fell backwards and saw his older brother Itachi staring at him with deadly red eyes.

"Sasuke," Itachi hissed his name and made Sasuke shutter.

"B-brother, I-I thought you were a sl-eep!" Itachi was still glaring at him, as Sasuke scrambled to his feet.

"Well that was kind of hard to do so, when you have annoying little brother crawling towards your bed, and does not know how to be sneaky at all," Sasuke blushed and looked down at his hands that were now dirty, along with his knees.

'So much for my shorts,' Sasuke muttered to himself in his mind. Itachi sat up and patted the space next to him, indicating that Sasuke should join him. Slowly Sasuke, only eight years old crawled onto his brother's bed,

"What are you doing up any ways baby brother?" Itachi asked him, Sasuke stared at his hands, but in the background thunder rolled and made Sasuke whimper. Itachi smirked and sighed,

"I see," Sasuke cowered against his older brother and whimpered again as the thunder cracked near their house. Mother and Father were still asleep but Sasuke knew if he ever went into their bedroom, his father would be most defiantly angry with him, and Sasuke wanted his father to be proud of him like he was with the thirteen year old before him. Itachi lay down on the bed and lifted up the covers telling Sasuke better get under the covers or Itachi would kick him out. Sasuke scrambled under the covers as lighting and thunder boomed very loudly. Itachi chuckled but let Sasuke cuddle closer to him.

"Sasuke, your going have to learn when to get over thunder storms," Itachi muttered as he turned onto his side and slowly closed his eyes. Sasuke had his back against his brother's but his thoughts kept him awake.

What if…I…never mind…

Slowly Sasuke's little black dark oxen eyes fell close as the lighting and the sound of the thunder faded away...
