I am a dog demon.
I am called the Great Dog Demon by many.
I am Lord of the Western Lands.
I am also a father of two boys.
My eldest son is a full fledged dog demon.
He will be the new Lord when I leave this world.
He will inherit the sword Tenseiga.
His name is Sesshoumaru.
My youngest son is a half demon.
His mother was a human woman named Izayoi.
He will inherit the sword Tetsusaiga.
His name is Inuyasha.
I owned three great swords.
They were known as the swords of supreme conquest.
They each belonged to the three worlds.
Heaven, Earth, and Hell.
Tenseiga of Heaven can save a thousand demons in one swing.
Tetsusaiga of Earth can fell a thousand demons in one swing.
Sujunga of Hell can open the gates of hell and give an army of a thousand men.
They are the "swords of supreme conquest."
On the night I died I asked my eldest son a question.
The question was "Do you have someone to protect?"
He said, "This Sesshoumaru has no need to protect anyone."
I ran to Izayoi the night my youngest son was born.
I died protecting them from harm.
I gave my son his name.
I gave Izayoi the robe of the fire rat to protect her and Inuyasha from the fire.
The last thing I said before I died was, "Izayoi live a long and happy life with Inuyasha."
I am the great dog demon.
