The drums beat steadily as an acoustic guitar is strum at a steady rhythm. The singer hums, opening the song softly and slowly. People gather around the black casket and set red and black roses on top of it, as the singer begins to sing:
"Everyone will come; everyone will come to my funeral to make sure that I stay dead"
Loved ones gather around the coffin, some weep quietly and some just stand there staring at the black casket with sadness in their eyes, or just unreadable expressions on their faces. A best friend lays her hand on the smooth surface of the black coffin and whispers quietly as tears pour from her eyes, she stared at the coffin with horror, hatred and sadness as the white faced singer continues his deathly beautiful song.
"You can't take this from me, forbidden in heaven and useless in hell." his voice echoes off of the silence of the funeral as the dreary sky becomes darker as the gray clouds hide the sun and the skys slowly begin to cry lightly.
The blond friend cries harder as she bites her soft pink lip, "I'll miss you" she whispers softly to her friend, who now lies hidden under the cover of her resting place.
Suddenly, to the beat of the drums the cover of the locked casket begins to shake, as if the corps inside was banging on it to the steady rhythm of the song. People back away in fear and stare wide eyed at the vibrating coffin. Noticing the coffin shaking to his song, the singer slowly walks towards the casket and tares off the golden lock and pushes the cover open.
In the coffin lies a pale woman, who looks only 16 years old. Her eyes are wide open, black and soulless. She sits up slowly as the singer lends her his hand; she takes his white hand and slowly stands, stepping out of the coffin. Her white gown flows behind her in the soft fall wind. Her bare feet rest in the half dead grass as she tilts her head towards the singer whose eyes slowly turn black, similar to hers. Then the song shifts and the two begin to sing softly.
"I want to fly into your sun need faith to make me numb live like a teenage Christ I'm a saint, got a date with suicide"
The people of the funeral stare at the white skinned dancing couple, their eyes burning red from their tears, a few gasp when the stitches of the girl's corps mouth dissolve and she begins to sing along with her partner.
"Oh Mary, Mary to be this young is oh so scary Mary, Mary to be this young I'm oh so scared I wanna live, I wanna love but it's a long hard road, out of hell I wanna live, I wanna love but it's a long hard road, out of hell."
The couple dances, twirling slowly around the grounds of the cemetery; their jet black hair falling in their faces. Finishing the song the girl lays back in the singers arms, looking into his black makeup covered eyes she whispers to the singer.
"What are we?"
