This is a story I've had on my mind for a while now and just started really planning it out over my summer vacation. I really hope you guys like it. By the way, I don't own Bleach. Maybe one day I will. But today is simply not that day.
A young man stood outside of the door waiting for news of his wife and their newborn child. His wife had gone into labor nearly five hours ago and he was worried. He began to pace back and forth across the room nervously, wondering if something bad had happened.
The moment he thought this, he shook his head. Nothing bad was going to happen. Not to his wife, not to his child. And if something did happen, he and the people helping care for his wife would make sure to do everything in their power so that the two were in perfect health.
Several minutes later, the door opened and one of his wife's attendants came out.
"Congratulations."
The man looked up, delight and relief overcoming him. "Is it a boy or a girl?"
The older woman smiled. "I will let your wife tell you."
He hurried past her and went into the room. He walked over to the bed and sat down beside his loving wife, who was holding their baby. He kissed her gently on the forehead and looked down at the beautiful child.
"Is it a boy or girl?" She looked at him and at their baby and smiled.
"We have a beautiful baby girl." The man gently lifted the baby out of his wife's arms and held her close to his chest.
"Hello, Little one. Your Mommy and I are so happy to have you in our family. We're all going to be very happy together. And don't worry; I will make sure you are the most spoiled little girl ever."
"No you're not. Don't lie to our daughter." His wife gave him a serious look and he smiled.
"Yes, I am. Sorry sweetie, but I won't be able to spoil you once you start growing up." The baby's mother chuckled and reached out to take the baby. He handed the baby girl to her mother, who held her close. "Now we just have to decide on one thing."
His wife looked up at him. "And, what would that be?"
The man smiled. "What we are going to name our beautiful Little Princess."
That's it for the first chapter. Now I have a challenge for all of my readers. On my profile I have the names of every female in Bleach (the ones that have names anyway). I would like everyone to take a guess as to who the baby girl is. You can also review or PM me with your guess as well. As for the parents, I'll have another poll for them at a later date.
