I couldn't help but look up and smile at him, the blood leaking from the side of my mouth. I'd been gifted with this power, and I still sucked so much at fighting that I had to rely on my best friend to save my ass. Zenza menso and I, alenai zoroza, had been together since day 1 of school 3 years ago. Best of friends and rivals since the start, and I guess we would just have to go down that way. I laughed to myself at that thought. This power meant nothing, because I wouldnt be able to do anything with it if it wasn't for all the times that Zenza had saved me. I took his hand and got up, beaming despite the pain it caused me in my mouth. I loved Zenza like a brother, and I'd kill to help that snarky ass of his. "cant handle them on your own alen? Guess I have to save you again!" he said as he smiled cockily and laughed. "yeah well...i coulda beat him on my own...but then you had to show up and ruin everything like you always do, didntcha?" I smirked at him and rubbed my neck, trying to brush off the fact that I totally just got my ass kicked. The bully looked angry and confused and started yelling at us, but Zenza and I we're busy talking so we didn't notice...eventually Zenza just clocked the guy so he would just shut up. He hit him pretty hard so I think he went unconscious. After a minute of us talking, the bully, I think jack was his name, got back up again and started yelling some more and Zenza threatened him saying "SHUT UP BEFORE I BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF YOU AGAIN YOU DUMBASS! WERE TRYING TO TALK!" jack cowered away at that, obviously scared shitless by Zenza's take-no-bull, kick-your-ass-in-one-hit attitude. I started laughing really hard, almost crying...oh who am I kidding I was crying! I guess this was my life wasn't it? Bullies, friends, rivals, homework and getting my ass kicked two or three times a week. Oh yeah, it was a pretty eventful life. And that power I mentioned before? No idea what its about but I can pretty much control a little bit of energy when I need to, like electricity and heat energy, any kind that has physical effect really. I cant control it well though, and its not too powerful, but I feel I could do more with it. I don't have a girlfriend or anything, and Zenza is still in the early stages of his relationship with cherry, and I only have one other friend named linami, but she doesn't have anyone either, so I guess our lives are pretty much uneventful in that manner. I guess all we have is soccer practice for me and baseball for Zenza. Which reminds me he has a game tomorrow. Wonder what I should do while he's off on that adventure. Guess I'll just watch TV and be lazy for the day or something. Oh wait im getting off track sorry...back to the present. Zenza is beating the shit out of jack and im still laughing...not anything too violent more like he's literally KICKING jacks ass as he tries to run away, and I start laughing again.
