"Remus Lupin!" He heard someone call his name. Setting down his books, Remus walked out of the compartment he was currently stationed in. Prongs rushed by, as well as Padfoot hot on his heels and wormtail waddled quickly behind. "MOONY HELP!" James screeched. He wasn't looking where he was going, and a girl had just walked out into the path. "PRONGS, LOOK OUT!" Remus yelled, but it was to late. Prongs collided into the girl, and Padfoot collided into Prongs, and Wormtail fell over backwards. Remus sighed, rubbing the bridge of his nose and walking out of the compartment. Prongs was standing already, but the girl wasn't. She was trying to collect her books. Padfoot looked at her, but Remus kicked him, reminding him that he already had a girlfriend, and right about now he should be looking for her. "I'm terribly sorry," Remus said as he bent over to help her gather her books. "They can be godawful sometimes." Remus said, as he got the books together and picked them up for her. Remus held out his hand to help her up, which she took. He pulled her to her feet and she dusted herself off. "Its not a worry, happens all the time." She said. She shook the still extended hand. "Annabella Castrio. Pleased to meet you," Annabella said with a soft smile. "Remus Lupin. Pleased." Remus said, as they walked to a compartment. Remus finally took a moment to look at her. She had long brown hair and bright green eyes. He vaguely heard Prongs and Padfoot making kissing sounds, but he closed the compartment door and picked up his books again. Annabella took the seat across from him, and began to read. Remus looked up to read the title. 'A Charming book of Charms, 6th year.' Annabella looked up, and smiled. "So, your a sixth year?" Remus said, as she sat crosslegged. "Yes, are you?" She asked. "Well, yes. I am." Remus said. Suddenly, Prongs threw the door and struck a pose. "Your not serious," Remus said, arching a brow. Padfoot peeked in. "He isn't; But I am." Remus shook his head as Prongs sat down and draped an arm over Annabella. "So, whens the wedding?" Prongs said jokingly. Annabella laughed, and Remus smiled.
That night, all Remus could think about was going to the Library. Annabella had agreed to go with him, and spend the day with him. Remus smiled to himself, as James snorted and snored from the bed across from him. Finally, Remus fell asleep. But, he woke up at five in the morning. Only to shuffling in the common room. Slowly, he sat up and pulled his robe on, walking down stairs and finding Annabella sitting with a cup of coffee. Apon seeing Remus, she quickly waved her wand and magicked another one. "Good morning, Remmy." She said, smiling. Remus shook his head at the pet name with a smile, and sat down in an armchair next to hers. "Goodmorning, Annie." He said, smirking. "Did you sleep well last night, Remus?" Annie said, watching him as she took a sip of her coffee. "Not very well. And you?" "About the same. They'll be serving breakfast soon, unless you want to wander down to the kitchens." Remus yawned, and shook his head. "I can wait." Annie stood, walking over to the window and staring out of it. Remus followed, standing next to her, eagerly awaiting the rest of the day.
