This is a one shot story that I wrote when I was feeling really depressed
one day, and decided to post it here.
These are no specific characters, no names attached.

They say that when you have nothing to live for you die. Well that's a lie, a Big Fat Fucking lie! You live; you live as an empty shell.without love, without purpose. You ask "isn't that the same as dieing?" the answer is no, for when you die you stop feeling the pain, the pulsing, deafening pain. Take it from me, I know, I've been though it all.
I remember.we were one.he said we would be forever.
He was a fool.
The only way to be together forever is to die together, Well, he left me, broke his promise.
I remember the day they told me, he had been shot, was at the hospital in a critical condition. I knew he wouldn't make it, I just knew it, not because he was badly injured, which he was, but because he was a Mutant, the doctors just didn't care if he lived or if he died, damn racists. That day my world fell apart never to be put together again.
*******
I look down at the pavement so far below me and wonder if I'm doing the right thing. I can feel the cold steel of the rail under my palms, hear the heavy traffic below and wonder if anyone will miss me.no, probably not, who cares about a lone mutant with no one in the world.
My thoughts stop when I hear someone walk on the roof where I'm standing, it's the police, it's now or never.
I slowly walk towards the edge, I can hear them shouting behind me, beckoning me to turn back, but I pay no attention, they're not going to stop me this time. I look down, it's a long way.
I let go of the rail and fall.
