It had seen so much
And - once upon a time - it had bound two ill-begotten lovers

It had sensed the woman's
Fear
Sadness
Pain

So it had decided to take matters into its own hands
And it called for its Master
To come back to where he belonged

And - right now - it is no where to be found

He doesn't bother to ask

And she is too confused to offer an answer
