Strangers & Angels

There's a difference between Strangers and Angels. I know for sure, that meeting Randy Orton was only a matter of fate. I love him, so much that I'm willing to send him flying away? He's my angel, he's no stranger to me anymore.

A/N: What can I say? I was extremely bored, and I figured, 'What the heck? Why not publish the third story to the infamous Strangers 2?' So here I am! With the third story and first chapter up! Enjoy! :)

"I DID NOT HARASS ANYONE! WHERE ARE YOU GETTING THIS FROM?" Randy asked him.

"Dont worry about it Randy. You heard me the first time, YOU'RE FIRED!" Vince yelled.

Randy looked at Candice and shook his head. He turned around and started to head to his office and pack.

"Vince, he's telling the truth, he didn't harass anyone. He respects your rules and regulations Vince. Please, you have to believe me." Candice pleaded.

"No, no Candice. Dont worry about it. It's not like I cant find a better job then this one."

"He's right." A voice suddenly said.

Everyone's attention now turned to William Regal and Ms. Layla El, entering the office building. "Who the hell are you?" Vince asked.

"My name is Mr. William Regal, and this is my assistant, Ms. Layla El. Dont worry, Mr. McMahon, former co-workers of Randy Orton. We can assure you that Randy will be in good hands."

Randy's eyes went from Regal, to Layla. "You. YOU! I knew it. I smelled a rat." Randy shook his head at Layla, as Layla only smirked at him.

"Randy, what is going on?" Candice asked him. Randy turned to Candice and then looked at Layla. "Candice, this is my ex-girlfriend, Layla El." Randy introduced the two.

"Ex-girlfriend?"

"Yes, it is very nice to meet you Candice." Layla smiled as she shook hands with Candice.

"I dont understand, what are you saying?" Vince asked Regal. "Recently, I've called Randy and offered him a job in my line of work, in my office. It was only a few weeks ago when he accepted it. Now, that he's unemployed, we've came to take him out of your hands. And hopefully leave New Jersey as soon as possible to settle in our new office in the United Kingdom." Regal explained.

"United Kingdom?" Candice turned to Randy. "Is it true? Are you really leaving?" Candice asked him.

Candice's POV

I was never that much deep into religion. I've never been so deep into religion to have my own beliefs. My mother always told me that people come in shapes in sizes, some of them come as complete total angels. I always thought my mother was crazy, and until this day I finally understood what she meant by that. People do come in many shapes in sizes. It's that which makes everyone different. People come as friends, family, strangers and even angels. Until this day, I regretted myself in thinking that my mother was crazy, because she was right. People do come as angels sometimes, and you may not have realized it, until it comes that point of time where you might end up losing him or her. Losing your angel, sending him or her flying away into the skies.

There's a difference between strangers and angels. I know, for sure that meeting Randy Orton was only a matter of fate. I love him, so much that I'm willing to send him flying away? All the way to the United Kingdom? He's my angel, he's no stranger to me...no...not anymore.

No one's POV

Candice stood in tears staring down at her bathroom sink before her. She looked up at the mirror to see mascara streaks running down her face. She couldnt believe after everything, after what it seemed to be the most happiest days of her life...everything's going to hell from there.

"Candice?" Maria walked into the bathroom to comfort her friend. Candice didn't say anything, she looked from Maria to back down in the sink again.

"He can't leave. He can't...not after this." Candice sobbed.

"What is it Candice?" Maria asked her. Candice looked at her friend, and shook her head. "He- he can't leave me Maria. I love him. And..." Candice shook her head bringing her eyes to the sink again. Maria looked down as well.

Positive.

Candice lifted the pregnancy test to eye level. There was no mistake. The test was positive. "I'm pregnant, Maria. I'm pretty sure it's not by Jack either."

"Omigosh, Candice, I am so sorry. You have to tell Randy somehow, I mean, he cant just leave you and the baby alone." Maria told her.

Candice sighed. "I know, Maria. I know. But this job probably means everything to Randy, and I'm not going to let him throw it away because I'm pregnant." Candice replied shaking her head.

"Well, what're you going to do?" Maria asked her.

"I dont know, I'm probably thinking about putting it up for adoption. That way my baby can be raised in a perfect family, have a good life you know?" Candice said actually considering the thought.

"You really think it's that easy? What if Randy wants to keep the baby? I'm pretty sure he'll stay in the United States to take care of it, and you. And think about what this could mean for you and Randy. If you two are really good parents, maybe you guys could take your relationship a step further and actually consider marriage or something." Maria explained to her.

"I don't know, Maria. I just cant believe this happened, it's happening all too fast. I just want to curl up in my bed and cry, and just go to sleep." Candice sobbed.

"Candice, you have to tell Randy. I just have a feeling that he's not going to be leaving the United States knowing that he'll be leaving a child and his baby mother behind." Maria told her. "Please, this is a once in a life time chance when you get to be really happy. If you don't tell him now, you might never see Randy again." Maria told her.

Candice sighed. Maria's right, she has to somehow build the courage to tell Randy that she's pregnant with his baby, and maybe there'll be a chance that he'll stay in the United States. Although there is her fears to this decision, if she told him, she's afraid that Randy might just leave anyway.

"What're you going to do about work? If Vince finds out your pregnant by Randy, he's going to fire you, Candice." Maria told her. Candice shook her head and sighed. There was a lot to take in at the moment and it was all too much.

"I dont know, Maria. I have to find some way to get around it. This job means everything to me, and it pays good money. And now that I'm pregnant, how can I manage to keep myself and the baby on the go?" Candice asked her.

"I'll help you Candice. I'll be there for you. Me and Ashley." Maria reassures her. Candice smiled. "Thank you Ria. You really are the best." Candice said giving her a hug.

"No problem Candi. Now get some rest, you need it."

Mr. Regal, Layla, and Randy entered the hotel room with stacks of paper. "Okay, Randy. I have a job for you. To determine the position you'll be working for in my line of work, you'll have to write a 11 page report on what you are best at, what are your strengths, weaknesses, and which position you prefer to work for and why. You understand?" Regal asked him.

Randy didnt say anything, he just looked at Regal and gave him a nod of confirmation. "Good, I will have Ms. El to assist you if you need any help. Meanwhile, I'll be on my way running some errands. I'll be right back, Layla. Keep him occupied for me, okay?"

"Yes sir."

And with that being said, Mr. Regal leaves the room, leaving Randy and Layla to themselves. "You know Randy, I must say it was very nice meeting your little girlfriend a week ago." Layla tells him. Randy rolled his eyes, ignoring Layla as he attempts to start his report when Layla takes the paper away from him.

"What're you doing?" Randy asked her. Layla smirked as she places the paper down, walks over to sit on Randy's lap.

"We need to talk." Layla insisted. Randy scrunches his eyebrows, his memory jogging up to meet with him at the words.

"About what? I thought I said enough back in Missouri." Randy told her. Layla sighed. "Yeah, I know Randy. But you didnt even let me get to explain my side of the story." Layla sobbed.

"Yeah, I know. And frankly, I don't care. All I care about is getting this paper done, and doing my job. And if you try anything Layla, I could care less about this damn job, I'll walk out here myself."

"Who says I was going to try anything? All I asked was a little conversation." Layla shrugged.

"Yeah, I know. About our relationship, our past relationship. I came here for one thing, and one thing only, and that is to work. Not to talk okay?" Randy explained to her. Layla sighed and crossed her arms over her chest, unsatisfied with the result.

"You're still thinking about her aren't you? I don't understand, what does she have that I don't?" Layla asked him.

"A heart for one thing." Randy spat.

"Lay! I'm here!" Michelle McCool yells excitedly as she hops her way into the room and embraces the small brunette that is her best friend.

"Chelle! Hey! Omigosh! What took you so long?" Layla asked her.

"Omigosh! Lay! I was at the mall and I saw this beautiful dress for sale and I just HAD to get it! You know what they say about dressing for success. Or as I put it, dressing for FLAWLESSNESS! Because we're..."

"FLAWLESS!" Both girls said in tune as they jumped around and giggled. Randy shook his head, this is what he'll be dealing with for the next few weeks.

"Hey Randy." Michelle greeted him in a rather flirtatious tone. Randy didnt even bother to look up at her, but instead he immediately rejects any further action.

"Not interested." Randy said simply as he gathered his papers and walked out of the room.

"Omigosh! Lay! He's in denial, we have to do something." Michelle whispered to her.

"Yeah, I know. Speaking of which, we need to talk." Layla whispered to her as a smile creeps onto her face.
