Time Frame: Rory and Tristan's son Andrew Richard Dugrey is graduation from a very small private school but his senior class is way smaller than Rory's that has only 40 kid's in it.
Chapter 1
Rory, Lorelai, and Luke are all sitting down in a chapel/church at her son's school waiting for the graduate's to walk up the isle to their seat's and Rory keeps looking at her phone.
''hunnie what's wrong are you okay where's Tristan?'' Lorelai asks her
''I don't know he is supposed to be here but he said his flight might be getting in a little late and I'm just afraid he might miss his son's graduation.'' Rory tells her
''Don't worry he'll be here.'' Lorelai tells her
Rory shrugs ''I guess.'' Rory says
''No he's Tristan I know he will.'' Lorelai tells her
''I don't want him to miss his son's testimony and valedictorian speech.'' Rory tells her
''Testimony?'' Lorelai questions her
''Yea it's something he had to write about going to school year since pre-k through 12th grade then they bless all the senior's with a prayer it's called Baccalaureate.'' Rory tells her
''Oh.'' Lorelai says
''Yea.'' Rory says and tries to text Tristan
Lorelai rubs Rory's thigh comfortingly ''relax hunnie he'll be here when he gets here or will text you back when he gets close.'' Lorelai tells her
''Yea I know.'' Rory tells her
''Do you have the camera all set and ready to go?'' Rory asks her in a panicked tone
''Yes hunnie its right here relax your supposed to be enjoying this day.'' Lorelai tells her with the camera in her lap
''I know I am.'' Rory tells her
''and I have tissues just in case the water works come too.'' Lorelai tells her
''Okay good because I'm probably going to need them at the very end when people start crying after they do the senior prayer.'' Rory tells her
Lorelai just keeps rubbing Rory's thigh comfortingly waiting for the music to start and for all the grad's to walk up the aisle.
