A/N: Hello ladies and gentlemen, I am back after a short unannounced hiatus! I had to stop writing because of personal issues and the fact that I lost all my documents, so the next Death Battle and the then, almost completed Legend of Kale chapter are now delayed. But I'm here to unveil a new excited/funny series. This is another Death Battle series but with a twist. All battles will include Saitama, the One-Punch Man! We will see who in fiction he can and cannot defeat! Starting small and moving up. Chapter one brings you...
Saitama Vs Spider-Man
Saitama was walking around New York, he had heard that a hero was in this city. Possibly a strong opponent that can challenge him. His bald head shon in the sun and his cape flapped in the wind. He stood in the middle of Times Square and waited. He sat with chopsticks eating noodles when he heard a commotion, he followed the noise to find two people assaulting a man. "Excuse me, but if you wanna fight. You take it to me." Saitama said casually. One of the thugs turned to him and laughed, "What are you supposed to be? The Incredible Retard?! Hahahaha!" The thug laughed, but was shut up quite quickly when Saitama swung a jab but stopped it short of the thugs face. The force from that alone sent a shockwave that flew the thug miles across the city. His companion turned to run but was suddenly webbed up.
Spider-Man landed from a perch after stringing the second thug up and approached Saitama, "You know, you probably killed that guy. I'm gonna have to take you with me." Spider-Man remarked, a little annoyed. Saitama looked at Spider-Man, "You are the one I'm looking for. I must fight you." Saitama replied. Spider-Man shrugged and sighed, "If that's what you want..."
Fight!
Spider-Man shot a web at Saitama but he casually dodged and walked toward him, Spider-Man kept a barrage up, Saitama kept dodging. It was then that Saitama disappeared from Spidey's view, his Spider Sense tingled and he quickly reacted by dodging a punch that came from behind, curtesy of Saitama. "You're fast." Spidey realised. Saitama rushed him, Spider-Man used this opportunity to land a hit and swung a kick at Saitama, it hit him directly in the face, but Saitama remained unshaken, "That's it? Maybe you are not the one." Saitama remarked as he held Spidey's leg as he jabbed Spider-Man in the jaw, the force cracked Spidey's skull and collapsed several buildings behind them. Saitama dropped Spider-Man's lifeless body and continued in his search.
KO!
Analysis: Although Spider-Man is very impressive... This is a big mismatch. Saitama created an entire valley by throwing a jab. He hit a person through several buildings but hitting them with the palm of his hand and has dodged lasers that are faster than lightning. And that's at the beginning of the series... He only gets stronger from there and the manga is ongoing! Saitama has been hit with City Busting explosions and brushed it off with nothing more than annoyance. Poor Parker stood no chance. The winner is Saitama, The One-Punch Man!
