Girl VS Monster Chapter 1 Skylar's baby brother.
This is a story about a boy named Jacob Lewis and his relationship with his sister Skylar.
One day in school.
Jacob: Hi sister!
Skylar: Hi baby brother!
When the bell rings they head to class and sit away from each other as if they got into trouble. The teacher gives them a free day and the students pick a movie but cannot decide what to watch so Jacob suggested Rocky IV.
Mr. Watson: Okay students what movie shall we watch today?
Skylar -puts her hand up and suggests a rated PG-13 movie- X-Men?
Jacob: How about Rocky IV?
Sadie: Yeah what about Rocky IV?
Mr. Watson: Sounds like a good idea.
The teacher puts in Rocky IV and pushes the play button.
Jacob: Boy I love me some Rocky.
Skylar When she puts her hand up again she asks Mr. Watson if she may sit next to her brother. Mr. Watson may I please sit next to Jacob?
Mr. Watson: Yes you may Skylar.
Skylar: Thank you! As she moves her chair next to him she hands him his jacket. Jacob you look like you're cold.
Jacob: I am cold!
Skylar: Here is your jacket.
Jacob takes the jacket from Skylar and he starts to yawn and lies on her should and let's him sleep seeing as he has been up all night.
The next morning Jacob is not in school at all due to getting a cold from the previous day.
Sadie: Where is Jacob Skylar?
Henry: Yeah I've not seen him today.
Skylar: He got a cold so he's going to be out for a few days.
Henry: Is your parents going to watch him?
Skylar: They're busy!
Sadie starts to think about her crush on Jacob and decides to tell Skylar.
Sadie: Skylar I have to tell you something.
Skylar: What is it Sadie?
Sadie: I have a crush on your baby brother.
Skylar: Aww! You like my baby brother?
Sadie: Yes! Does he like me back?
Skylar: Yes! He really likes you.
