This is my first fanfiction, so don't yell at me if itd not that good
im not your ordinary type of girl,, I can do things other girls cant. I can make things move on their own, and I can do stuff that isn't normal. This summer I found out theres a school for people that can do things just like I can and I got a letter from there, that's how I found out. The letter said "to Katie in the bedroom on the right" and I opened it, and it was inviting me to go to school at Hogwarts school of wizardy. I knew I was different before but I never knew I was a wizard or a witch, so I was really exited. I told my parents and they were really happy for me so they took me to the train station and said goodbye. I was looking around but I remembered that the letter never told me what train to get on, so I was really worried. I walked and walked and walked but I couldn't find a train that was going to Hogwarts, so I went up to a guard and said "sir, which train is going to Hogwarts school of wizardy?"
he then shook his head and said "don't make laugh, theres no such thing as wizards, go find your parents or something" and walked away. I started getting really worried, and I thought that maybe my parents tricked me or one of my friends did. But then I looked left and saw a boy with black messy hair and glasses, and he was with a small ginger family and they all had carts of luggage and owls, I thought they looked like they knew their way around the train station so I decided to ask them.
I went over and as soon as I did, I saw that all the ginger boys were gone, and there was only the black hair boy now. I was really confused, until I saw him running his cart straight for the wall. I yelled "STOP!" but then he phased into the wall out of sight. I wthought I was going crazy, but the old ginger lady told me to do the same, even though I didnt have a cart. I was scared, but I did it anyways, and I ended up going straight through the wall to the other side of it, and I was at a different train station now. I pinched myself but iwasnt dreaming, and the little black haired boy saw me and got spooked. "Who are you?" he told me and I said "My name is Katie, I'm a witch." He then said "My name's Harry, and I'm a wizard, too." I got angry because he was a wizard, not a witch. "I said a witch, not a wizard" I said. He said "I know, but that's not what I meant" he said all anctiously. I said "are you saying I look like a boy" and he shouted "NO!" but I didn't belive him. I left angrily and got on the train, and after awhile other kids got on too. Then the train started moving but I wasn't in a cart, so I looked for an empty one. I saw that all the carts were full except for one, and that one had the little gangly ginger boy and Harry (the boy from before)
I sat down beside the ginger boy because I was still angry at Harry. Harry said "why are you sitting with us?" I ignored him and I looked at th ginger boy and said "My name is Katie, whats yours?" He looked a little confused but said "My name is Ron weasley." I tilted my head and said "Your part weasel?" He looked at ahrry and they both mumbled something and I said "Are you talking about me?!" Harry looked at me and said "your just a bit rude is all" I got angry and yelled "YOUR RUDE, YOU CALLED ME A BOY" and he got scared, saying "I'm sorry, I never meant it like that!" Ron said "You called her a boy?" Harry said no, and I said "Yes he did!"
