Escad: I knew you didn't have the guts!
Irwin: *snarls*
Daena: Irwin, you promised!
Irwin: Fah! And what say you, hero ?
Maia: I'll stand beside you, if you wish... but I will not force you to turn around.
Irwin: *mutters* I can't believe this one is worse than my two 'friends'. *turning* Very well. Come with me.
Daena: *as Gaeus hoists up the half-demon and human* I'm proud of the big guy.
Escad: You don't mind if I sharpen my sword in the mean time?
Daena: Some friend you are.
Escad: Just ready for the inevitable.

Daena: They've been talking for an awful long time...
Escad: Yeah... probably debating the uselessness of human existence, if I know Irwin.
Daena: *shaking her head* I wonder what they're saying?

Irwin: *SOB* a-aand, my daddy never *sob* hugged me when I-I was a child...
Maia: *sniffle*
Irwin: and he k-k-k-illled eve-ry pet I *sob* ever oowned *blows nose*
