Snow flurries fall from the sky and the moon goes into hiding, leaving the stars to brighten the sky. A girl with soft bubble-gum hair down to her waist just sat on a bench in the Sakura fields. "I turn 16 in 5 minutes and he's not even here to celebrate it with me", said the girl sadly. Tears threatened to fall from her gorgeous jade eyes.
'No, I promised myself I wouldn't cry about him anymore' she thought while she dried her eyes. Suddenly, a bush behind her rustled. She got up and went to see what it was and found nothing. When she went back to the bench, she noticed a note.
Sakura,
I'm sorry I left you alone for so long. Now, I have come back for you tonight and ask for your forgiveness. I understand if you don't forgive me but, I have longed to be with you, since I've been gone. My goal has been completed and have come back home. I love you Sakura.
"But how do I know you won't leave me again?" she thought out loud. "Because, I love you and won't ever leave you again", came a voice behind her. Sakura instantly knew who it was and turned around. He stood at least 5 feet away from her with a smirk on his face. Sakura smiled and ran into his arms crying happily. He cupped her face with his hands and wiped her tears away. Then he looked into her eyes. OH how he loved the blissfulness in those beautiful emerald orbs. For a moment they were trapped in each others eyes until Sasuke broke it blushing along with Sakura.
"Oh I almost forgot,", he said smiling as he handed her a rose. "Happy Birthday".
As they walked away from the park Sakura thought'This is the best birthday ever!'
