Hello! It's just a short one-shot that I though of writing. It may be took as a continuation of "Third time lucky!" but you don't have to read the previous one to know what's going on. You just need to know that Soul and Kid are dating. Nice read! I don't own Soul Eater.

"Kid!" shouted a very angry Maka.

"Leave me alone!" Kid shouted back. She was chasing him for about twenty minutes now.

"Come here this instant!"

And it would probably continue if it wasn't for Tsubaki accidentally colliding with Death the Kid.

"Tsubaki, don't let him run away!" not very sure of the reason, the girl held Kid by his wrist. Black Star arrived minute after and threw himself at poor Kid.

"Maka, I got him!"

"Not you. Tsubaki caught him"

"But if she didn't interrupt me, I would!" he said frowning.

"Why are you chasing Kid?" asked disorientated Tsubaki.

"Because of Soul's birthday!" shouted Maka. Kid glared at her from under Black Star.

"Sorry, I don't understand." Said confused black haired girl.

"I'll explain it to you, if they let me go!" shouted Kid unexpectedly.

"Let him go!"

"But catching him took us a lot of time!" protested her meister.

"Black Star!"

He reluctantly let him go.

"Thank you" barked Kid sitting on the ground cross-legged. "You now that recently me and Soul started dating. So, well, I probably should buy him something special to show I care. But the problem is I don't know what to buy. There's nothing symmetrical I think he would like."

"Yes, nothing 'symmetrical'!" shouted Maka.

"Wait, I'm lost. Could you tell me your problem Maka?"

"HE is my problem!" she motioned to Kid "He didn't even once tell Soul that he loves him! Soul probably thinks that their relationship is one-sided! And then I meet him in the shop wondering over what to buy him! And then he says that there is a thing that Soul wanted but he can't buy it because it's unsymmetrical!"

"I shouldn't have told you!" shouted Kid.

"You have a nerve!" she shouted back and she was preparing to hit him but Tsubaki stopped her.

"Kid, do you love him?" she asked suddenly.

"Of course!" he said and blushed just a tiny bit.

"Then prove it!" said Black Star giving Kid his hand and lifting him from the ground. He smiled "He will understand."

All four friends went in the direction of the shopping centre.

"It's horrid!" shouted Kid holding a skateboard away from him like it was a rat.

"It's only you that thinks that." Sighted Maka.

Everyone gathered in Soul's and Maka's house. It was time to open the presents.

Soul opened a package from Kid and gaped at it silently. Kid started to worry.

"Soul!" he shouted.

"It's a skateboard we've seen recently and I said I like it" he mumbled more to himself then anyone else.

"Look at me!" Kid sharply jerked Soul's head with his palms. His wet eyes surprised Kid.

"It's unsymmetrical." Said Soul with such gladness that the only thing Kid could do was to hold him. So Maka was right. Soul wasn't sure of his lovers feelings. Well, he certainly was now. And all it took was a little disgusting unsymmetrical present.
