Bunny hat origins
Bob and Linda are walking with a younger version of Tina holding Bob's hand and a younger version of Gene holding Linda's hand. Baby Louise is in a "Baby Backpack" (as Linda calls it.) being carried by Bob. They stop in front of a hat shop so Bob can look in the window (he loves window shopping.)Linda looks in as well and gasps at the sight of a pink hat with bunny ears. She runs into the store and looks around. She finally sees a man behind the counter.
"Can I buy the pink bunny hat in the front window?"
"Yeah I'll go get it." He left and came back with the hat.
"10 dollars please."
Linda reached into her pocket and pulled out two 5 dollar bills slammed it on the counter, scooped up the hat and ran back outside and placed it on baby Louise.
"Aw, she looks so cute!" Linda said walking around looking for Gene. He was with Bob.
"What was all that about?"
"I found this hat for Louise. Isn't it adorable?"
Yeah I guess so. Lets go home."
Back at home later that night
Linda took the hat off Louise and as soon as she did, Louise started to cry.
"Ok the hat will stay on. Geez Louise!"
And the hat never came off.
Author's Note: The only time the ears came off was when Logan got them the one and only time they ever came off in her life.
