Remzal: Ladies and gentlemen (mostly ladies) I am proud to post this character comparison, please note that I do not own code geass, Harry potter, or the pink dragon.
pink dragon :damn straight, now lets get started!
Our first comparison is Harry and Lelouch, Now most people I have talked to think they have almost nothing in common (oh sure they LOOK similar but thats it). But if you look a bit deeper you get to see how close they are Harry for the most part was sheltered so there was much less chance for him to fall very far or to be confronted with the worlds gritty underbelly. Lelouch on the otherhand was basically left on his own and while he did live the good life He had a (not so) healthy dose of the real world at a young age this made him slightly more tempered then harry and also gave him a better understanding of the tools at his disposal. One more thing that sets them apart is power While harry had power it was of a type that everyone else could use (power of love not included because it's bull) Lelouch on the other hand had a power just for him (ok not really but few people had geass) wich also helped lead him down his path. One trait they both share is anger. There is no denying that they both get VERY angry the only difference is Lelouch is better at channeling it. One thing I would also like to point out is the fact that Despite the fact that he has been put in a place that encourages brass actions ( cough* dumbles fault *cough) Harry has shown a natural skill in manipulating people from time to time, and I belive the only thing keeping him from reaching Lelouch's level is his current setting and his sheltered life. Another big difference between the boys is theyre ages when they had theyre trauma Since harry was so young he didnt really get to much scarring While Lelouch was exposed to the full brunt of the mental damage heavily contributing to his fall. To be honest the one big divergence to me is when harry went to the D.O.M, When he cast the cruccio and it failed harry turned his back on the darker arts completely. Lelouch on the other hand when one of his tools (like geass) Turns to another one for the situation wich usually leads him to a darker place.
