Naruto stood there facing the Yondaime who'd prevented him from pulling the seal off the bars of the Kyuubi's cage.
"Well, Naruto, I'm proud of you and love you like you were my own son." the Hokage said as he'd gotten the two of them some privacy from the Kyuubi.
"Like I were your own son?" Naruto asked the blond jerkwad who'd sealed the Kyuubi inside of him.
"Well, you see, the truth is, Kushina wasn't entirely certain she could have kids what with the Kyuubi and all, and Orochimaru got involved, and, well, what I'm trying to say is that you're a science experiment." the Yondaime finally admitted. "It doesn't mean that I love you any less though."
"So, who's my real father?"
During the war against Madara and Tobi:
"Daddy!" Naruto yelled as he ran up to the Jyuubi.
"Which one of us is he...?" Madara asked as he heard the Uzumaki yell something about being a science experiment that Orochimaru had created.
"I don't know." Tobi said nervously, hoping to god it wasn't him considering what Orochimaru had him do into a cup that one time.
Two seconds later, Naruto latched onto the Jyuubi and started hugging it.
"I really don't see the resemb-..."
Naruto then turned into a half-human monstrosity.
"Okay, now I do."
