Alright so first things first Naruto meets Onaga/Minato/papa in his head when he is a kid and he has had a horrible birthday because (insurt whatever happened, you decide) and he cried himself to sleep(still a kid so 5-11) then he meets his dad in his head because unlike in canon this is someone who made the gods piss their pants in fear so he can talk to naruto whenever but he wasn't mentally ready to meet his father so Onaga watched the village attack his kid until the day it was safe to meet him. And you can just go from there if you want.
