It had been such an amazing day. A memorable birthday all around. He was happy, he had woken up by his beautiful wife, who had smiled and wished him a happy birthday. He had been celebrated by his friends, at a very loud party. Naruto's doing of course. And now he was just staring at the stars with his wife by him. She smiled and checked the time. She turned to him, smiling brightly.
"It's almost midnight" she said, which he translated into 'it's almost over'
She stood up and motioned for him to do the same. He did so smiling, and then she hugged him, and whispered into his ear,
"the day you were born was a very special day, today is a happy day, I just want to tell you...thank you for being born".
And then it ended. The perfect ending to a wonderful day. He had done wrong, so much that he felt he didn't deserve it, but he apprecaited all the love he received, all those happy memories he created...he would make sure his brother was always proud of him. He looked at the stars and silently thanked his brother, it was thanks to him he'd had such a happy birthday.
